We’re proud to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom and European Union.

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched
Coverage: UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and all EU countries

We work with reliable couriers such as DPD, UPS, DHL to ensure your eBike arrives safely, securely, and on time.

⚡ Express Delivery (2–4 Working Days)

Delivery time: 2–4 working days
Cost: £60 flat rate
Available in: UK & EU
Ideal for urgent orders or gifts

Your order will be processed with priority handling and shipped via our fastest available service.

📦 Delivery to the Channel Islands

We are pleased to offer delivery to the Channel Islands for a flat fee of £100.

Delivery time: 5–12 working days
Cost: £100
Regions covered: Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, and Herm
Tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
