Refund & Returns Policy

At EVOLTA BIKES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with a straightforward and transparent returns process.

 

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Has not been assembled, altered, or ridden

  • Is in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Is undamaged and unopened

If the product has been opened, assembled, or used, we may not be able to accept the return, or a restocking fee may apply.

 

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our team at hello@evoltabikes.co.uk:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the unopened parcel (to confirm condition)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

If your refund is delayed more than 15 business days after approval, contact us at hello@evoltabikes.co.uk.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every eBike for safe delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible by offering:

  • A replacement

  • Exchange

  • Or a full refund (if applicable)

 

❗ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or assembled bikes

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Accessories that have been opened or used

  • Items returned without prior authorisation
